Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Conscious Co-Pilot provides astrology, numerology, Human Design, and Chinese-element charts and AI-generated reflections (“Aethra”). The Service is for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment only.

It is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in the Service is medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that call for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us at support@consciouscopilot.app of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

The Service offers a free tier and an auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly and yearly).

• Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing / cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials(if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Pricesmay change; we’ll give notice as required by law and by Apple, and changes apply to future periods.
• Refundsfor iOS purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; we generally cannot issue them directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it; use it unlawfully or to harm others; or attempt to access other users’ data.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the birth data and conversation content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Conscious Co-Pilot and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Co-Pilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or Aethra’s output. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Conscious Co-Pilot against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “Effective date” will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
